Oil Shortage Continues To Cause Problems For China

The oil shortage in China continues.... as China struggles with it's tremendous growth. Once the 5th largest producer, China, has become a major oil importer as their industrial complex grows.

Our family of Option Magic and Brass Ring traders will recognize this as a continuation from page 3 in the manual.....when in 1994 I wrote about china's crowth and coming oil shortage. See the article "China Hungry For Power"

The world shortage will only get larger as demand for oil picks up and the cycle moves from the lowest order of goods, (the consumer) to the highest order of goods (that which comes out of the ground).

As the demand picks up and more and more commodities experience shortages like the oil shortage we will see the greatest rise in commodity prices since the 1970's. For more info and charts goto:

For more information about Fuel Cells, Hydrogen and the Peak in Oil Production see Richard Heinberg's excellent information.Oil Shortage

Richard brings us an objective look at why we are running out of oil in his latest book... "Powerdown". Power Down provides a visionary response to the coming energy famine.
